Controller

What data we process

The data you enter in your application (name, contact details, links, current job, expectations), your CV and other attachments, the messages we exchange, and notes and ratings from interviews.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to run the recruitment process you applied for – steps prior to possibly entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the talent pool and the newsletter we need your separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 6 months after your last activity (application or portal login), then delete it automatically and permanently.

Talent pool

If you specifically agree, we keep your data for 24 months and may contact you about future positions. You can withdraw this consent at any time in the portal or by email.

Where the data is and who processes it

Your data is stored on our server in the European Union and is accessed only by staff involved in the selection. We use Microsoft 365 for email and calendars and Brevo for the newsletter; both act under data processing agreements, with transfers outside the EU covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. With an account you can download or erase your data yourself in the portal (My account → My data); otherwise write to jobs@humanfrog.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
